The newest face on the Molokai real estate scene is Real Estate On Molokai, LLC.

Established by Robert Takeuchi and Tom Holloman in June 2006, this real estate company takes full advantage of the Multiple Listing System. It is the first real estate office on
Molokai to belong to the Molokai Board of Realtors and actively participate in the Maui Multiple Listing System.

Real Estate On Molokai is a blending of two diverse personalities.

Robert Takeuchi became a licensed real estate salesman in 1957. He was a salesman for Black Gold Realty in Kona and Tom Kukino Realty in Honolulu. In 1981 he received his broker’s license and formed Robert M. Takeuchi Realty in Honolulu. In 2002 he moved to Molokai and became the broker for Molokai Realty, Inc.

Robert is very knowledgeable about real estate on Molokai and the other islands of Hawaii, and is also an experienced ukulele craftsman and custom koa furniture maker.

Tom Holloman fell in love with Molokai on a chance visit in 2002. Fate played a hand in bringing him here permanently, and he received his real estate license in 2006. His varied background includes a doctorate in Biomedical Engineering, teaching 40+ years in the Engineering Mathematics, Civil and Environmental Engineering departments at the University of Louisville, flying single engine planes, building geodesic domes, and raising Belgian horses, mules, and Scotch Highland cattle.
